Frédéric Dumont has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2000 and a partner of DDG since 2009, where he co-manages the IP/IT & Media practice.
He advises French and foreign groups mainly in the following sectors: media, advertising, new technologies, entertainment, distribution, luxury goods and clothing, wines and spirits, pharma. His practice combines advice, transactional work and litigation in intellectual property (“soft IP” / patents), audiovisual and advertising law, new technologies and personal data.
Frédéric Dumont has been named “Best Lawyer” on several occasions (Media and Advertising categories).
He regularly teaches communication law at Sciences Po.
He is a member of the APRAM.
