Jean-Christophe André, a member of the Paris Bar since 1994, has been a partner at DDG since 1999.
He was previously a civil servant at the Direction Générale de la Concurrence, de la Consommation et de la Répression des Fraudes (DGCCRF).
He assists and represents French and international groups in the fields of food, cosmetics and health, and specialised distribution (particularly in the digital sector).
He has developed a strong expertise in distribution and consumer law, as well as in product regulation.
His knowledge of the markets, the company and their environment enables him to deal with complex issues beyond the legal aspects alone.
